General Policy

• Donations are non-refundable except in cases of a mistaken input of the donation amount (too large or too small).

• Refund requests must be submitted by email to shaddaie843@gmail.com within 30 days of the donation date.

• Refund processing may take up to one month.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
